Unique Mortgage Processing offers a complete package at a great low price. We are certain that you will value and appreciate all that we do for you. Processing fee includes two (2) free submissions to two (2) different lenders.

PROCESSING FEES:

Conventional/FHA/Reverse Mortgage: $545.00 per closed file.

Additional submissions to more than two (2) lenders: $25.00 per submission.

OTHER FEES:

Courier/Postage/Overnight delivery fees if applicable.

Any charges to Unique Mortgage Processing for borrower verifications which including non toll-free telephone charges and service fees (i.e. 1-(900) telephone charges for VOD's).

Discount may be available depending on volume of loans. Any additional fees for work done beyond our Terms of Agreement may be negotiable on a case by case basis. Files will be paid directly by Escrow.
